This two day course has been developed to provide those looking to go on an extended tour to either domestic or remote locations with a range of essential knowledge. We combine a packed mix of training and scenarios to develop your adventure biking skills in preparation for longer tours both at home & further afield.
Our Adventure Travel Preparation course has been developed to provide an overview of the techniques offered in greater depth on our more specific courses and provides a fantastic opportunity to learn a wide range of skills to help you enjoy your motorbike adventure.

- Riding skills
- Off Road Recovery
- Basic rope rescue
- An introduction to adventure bike specific 1st Aid
- Navigation and route planning
- Campcraft & choosing equipment
Over a packed two days we’ll look at riding skills, load packing, off road recovery, rope rescue, first aid, navigation and campcraft along with discussions on choosing equipment. The course will also include a wild overnight camp.
This course is perfect for those looking to ride extended multi day routes with mixed road / off road sections either domestically or further afield on trails such as the TET or into the AMZ.
